You have an unequalled opportunity to have Our Blessed Mother, Mary visit your family in your home!  The Pilgrim Virgin Program has been operating in our parish for over 3 years.

• Sign up for a specific week at the library table in the narthex of the church after Mass.
• Prepare a place in your home for the statue with a tablecloth, one or more candles, and something living (flowers, a plant, greenery in water).
• Someone will contact you to set a specific arrival day and time and to get directions to your home.
• Two parishioners will bring the statue of Our Lady of Fatima to your home. They will lead a short prayer service including the rosary and then take their leave.
• Now your family can pray the rosary daily in front of Our Lady!If there are busy days during your week, you can often find time for a decade of the rosary or night prayers in front of the statue.
• There are 2 DVDs of the story of Our Lady of Fatima with the statue.One is an adult version and the other is an animated version for children.It is an opportune time to teach this miraculous event to your family.
• At the end of the week at a preset time, two parishioners will again come to your home and lead a shorter farewell prayer service before taking the statue to the next home.

Do not pass up this chance to practice devotion Our Lord’s Mother and to model this behavior for your children.  Already we have seen such tremendous good from this program.  Some individuals spoke of a change in the family’s behavior with the statue in their home.  Many people have begun to recite the Holy Rosary daily after the inspiration of the Pilgrim Virgin.  One child expressed her excitement saying, “Mommy said we get the honor of having Mary come to our house to visit!”  Some families did not really know all the prayers said in the rosary and have learned them with Mary in their homes.

Jesus loved His mother and while hanging on the cross gave her to us to be our mother.  Who better to take our prayers, sorrows, requests and gratitude to Our Lord?
